What is the cost of postage?

This is calculated automatically when you order based on the weight of the products you order and the distance the goods will be shipped.

What is the method of delivery?

B2C Logistics Limited (B2C) based in Penrose, Auckland operate the main warehouse for our online store.  B2C subcontracts courier companies for New Zealand deliveries.  You will receive a system-generated email when your order is dispatched.  This email will have your tracking number on it.  Deliveries can be tracked using the courier company website.

 Can you tell me the delivery times?

Orders are packed on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings and are dispatched in the afternoon of those days.  So, depending on when you place your order please allow the following processing times:

 Orders placed Monday afternoon to Wednesday lunchtime - dispatched Wednesday afternoon;

Orders placed Wednesday afternoon to Thursday lunchtime - dispatched Thursday afternoon;

Orders placed Thursday afternoon to Monday lunchtime - dispatched Monday afternoon.


Our precious metal charms (9ct gold and sterling silver) are made to order.  Please allow up to 10 working days for manufacture.  It is usually less (but sometimes poor castings throw a spanner in the works).

 Can I get more urgent delivery?

 Do you use Track and Trace for deliveries?

Orders in New Zealand and Australia can be tracked using the tracking number you will receive in the system generated email that you are sent when your order is dispatched.

 Wrongly shipped or damaged product

If for any reason we incorrectly pick and send the wrong item (and our apologies in advance, as much as we will do our best to get it right, sometimes mistakes will happen) please just email us at and we will contact you, have the goods picked up and have the replacement order delivered to you at our expense. 

If the order is damaged in transit we will process a claim against the courier company's insurance and you will receive a replacement order.

Risk of loss

All items purchased from our store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 

The buyer solely acknowledges and agrees that they will not hold Lion Rock Online Limited or its parent company, Lion Rock Ventures Limited liable for non-delivery or partial delivery, for whatever reason. 

Customs charges

Anyone ordering products for delivery acknowledges they thoroughly understand the contents of their order, and that they are acceptable and approved items to import into the country of destination and delivery.  The buyer solely accepts the full risk of any items or packages being detained by Customs for whatever reason, and for whatever length of time including an outcome of non-delivery. 

The recipient of all items shipped by is responsible for any levies and taxes charged by Customs in the receiving country.
